There are two main arms to Comfortable Climate our air conditioning and heat pump installation side and our internet based sales side, with both of them we try and deliver on our promises and give you the service you would expect.
Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Installation
Our management team has developed a simple customer oriented approach. We put ourselves in your shoes and think about how you want to experience our Company. So how does this translate in providing you with a first class service?
We carefully recruit our engineers for their air conditioning knowledge and customer awareness and offer some of the best pay and conditions in the industry. All our lead engineers have the undertaken the latest F-Gas training courses which is the industries latest standard to show engineer competence, with our company fully registered as an accredited safe installer.
Product training and reasonable fitting timescales enable our engineers to ensure quality comes first on each and every job. We only fit the best air conditioning units available on the market from Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Fujitsu, and Panasonic to name a few offering a no quibble 5-Year guarantee. If any problems occur within this five-year period we will simply resolve your problem free of charge. In order to offer this guarantee, we do need to service the system once a year. For these five years a modest annual servicing charge will apply, the cost of which will be made clear at the quotation stage.
We install air conditioning and heat pumps into two main market areas: residential type properties, this covers houses of many types, apartments we’ve even fitted one of our air heat pump systems into a converted windmill. Light Commercial Type Businesses: This covers a host of business types from restaurants, solicitors, veterinary surgeries, dental practices to name a few. Many of these businesses primary reason for fitting an air conditioning heat pump system has been for the heating abilities of the systems with the cooling aspect being a secondary benefit. As the price of fuels such as oil and gas rises ever more the running costs of these systems make economic sense. We do not try to be all things to all people and stick to our core market keeping it simple and try and deliver the service that people expect.

Our five year guarantee: We think we are the only company to offer this. Most of our products that we sell on our internet shop will come with a 5 year parts guarantee; most of our competitors will only offer a 3 year parts guarantee.

Dehumidifiers: We sell a range of good quality domestic dehumidifiers and industrial dehumidifiers. Again you might not be sure what dehumidifiers will best suit you’re needs so give us a ring and we will be more than happy to help.
Fitting kits and accessories: We sell a range of fitting kits and accessories to compliment our range air conditioning, heat pump and dehumidifier systems, again if you’re not sure what we need just give us a ring.
