All the heat pumps, including pool heat pumps, air conditioning units and dehumidifiers which we install are manufactured by companies such as Fujitsu, Mitsubishi and LG & Toshiba. These companies are known for their quality products and service back up they provide. Because we install only quality brands and employ fully trained technicians we're happy to provide a no-quibble 5-year guarantee on all our installations. Another point you might not know is we are the only company to offer a 5 year compared to the normal 3 year guarantee on most of our internet shop bought products.

Our online store offers some of the market leaders in air to water heat pump technology. Mitsubishi Electric offers their Ecodan air to water heat pump system which comes in a range of outputs starting from 5kw up to 14Kw outputs. The Ecodan range uses the latest inverter driven outdoor heat pump units to give excellent energy efficiency savings, this is achieved by constantly monitoring the required indoor heating demand and altering the running speed of the outdoor unit. Mitsubishi Electric's Ecodan range uses a heat exchanger built in to the outdoor with a primary circuit of refrigerant and the secondary circuit being the heated water circuit that can be used for heating and domestic hot water applications. Because the refrigerant circuit for the heat exchanger is built into the outdoor heat pump unit installation of this type of system does not have to be undertaken by an air conditioning engineer with F-gas qualifications.

LG have recently introduced into the UK market the Therma V range of air to water heat pumps with outputs similar to Mitsubishi’s Ecodan range. The key difference with the LG Therma V range is the system uses what is known as a Hydro box located separately inside the premises which houses the heat exchanger unit. With this type of system because the primary refrigerant circuit is located separately in the hydro box away from the outdoor heat pump unit, the system will required to be installed by an air conditioning engineer with the appropriate qualifications.
